This model is the automatic version of the MELT FLOW INDEX TESTER, equipped with a robotic mechanism, which can conduct a complete testcycle from measurement to cleaning. The melt flow index is acquired from the weight or the volume of the extruded specimen at a specified cylinder temperature and with a specified load of piston through the die. The tester is assorted with an automatic cleaning system which enables performing on entire test cycle without discontinuation.

120-LABOT MELT FLOW INDEX TESTER (FULL AUTOMATIC)

This model is the fully automated version of the MELT FLOW INDEX TESTER, equipped with a robotic mechanism which enables full automatic melt flow index tests up to a maximum of 50 samples (standard of 12 samples). The test conditions and the outputs can be set and observed through the computer software.
